  •  Is your food cooked fresh?    

Yes, all of our food is cooked fresh and professionally carefully chilled in batches to ensure the highest quality and to deliver the best flavours. This means we operate with virtually zero food waste, which is far better for the environment.  Our kitchen team is dedicated to creating delicious dishes that are served straight to your table with care and attention to detail

  • Why can’t I get my order same day? 

Due to the careful preparation and chilling process to ensure quality, freshness and safety, same-day delivery is not available. We aim to provide the best possible food quality, which requires adequate preparation time. This schedule helps us maintain the best culinary experience for you. However, we offer same-day collection in Bristol for large events and corporate orders throughout the week depending on our availability.   •  Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order is damaged. Please read more on our Refund and Return policy

  • What areas do you deliver?

We deliver to most mainland UK postcodes by courier in safe and secure chilled packaging but unfortunately there are a handful of remote parts that the couriers cannot guarantee within 48-hours and those postcodes are as follows: 

DD8, DD9, FK16, ZE, HS, PA, KW, IV, AB, PH

  •  Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Any cancellations and changes to orders must be made at least 48 hours before dispatch. Refunds will only be issued if you cancel your order within the specified time period. Additional charges may apply for changes to orders depending on the items you choose. We will not be able to accommodate late changes. Please read more on our Refund and Return policy

  • How is my food delivered?

Most of our foods are delivered chilled using temperature-controlled packaging. They should be placed straight in the freezer upon receipt (unless you can't wait and reheat before tucking in). We deliver your food via DPD. You will receive a notification when your food are dispatched by email and you will then receive a text/email with a 1 hour delivery slot on the day of delivery.

All deliveries are made within 24 - 48 hours of dispatch. Whilst every effort is made to dispatch orders on time we cannot guarantee a set delivery date or time

  • How long does shipping take?

Our food boxes are dispatched via 24-48 hour courier and will usually arrive a day after it was collected from us. All orders will be shipped every Monday and Wednesday, between 8:00am to 6:00pm. Our courier partners will either drop you an email or a text message advising you of a delivery slot.

  •  How long can I keep my meals in the freezer?

Once your meals are defrosted, please do not refreeze them, we also advise you to refrain from re-freezing your meals if you’ve already put them in the fridge.

  • How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery cost £6.99 or free delivery on shippable orders over £100 

  • What if I'm not available to receive my order?

Please make sure that you or someone else is available to receive your order on the day of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect address details or attempted deliveries made when no one is in.

  • What if my order is damaged?

If your order is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. Please provide a proof of damaged and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.. If there are no pictures or proof, it will be harder for us to sort out what has gone wrong. 

  • What if there is a delivery delay?

Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any delivery delays caused by our courier the moment your order has been dispatched. We will, however, check in with you to ensure you are updated on the status of your delivery.

  • How do subscriptions work?

If you want to take the hassle out of mealtimes, you can set up a subscription which means you'll automatically be sent your favourite orders either monthly or bi-monthly, depending on what works best for you.

To set up a subscription, simply choose 'subscribe and save' (Coming Soon!) on the product page you wish to set up the subscription for. You can decide whether to receive your meals monthly or every other month. You'll also receive a 5% discount on every purchase you make through your ongoing subscription. You card will automatically be charged ONLY when your next order is sent to you and there are no admin or other charges to worry about. You can cancel your subscription at any time and then reset it up at any time you like. Simply login to your account and click 'manage subscriptions' where you can cancel or amend any aspect of your subscription as you choose.
